Put your endurance to the test with this 10 mile run through the beautiful Burren landscape. Do it for you and for local Kilnaboy voluntary youth athletics training and development.
Hosted by Kilnaboy Athletic Club The Michael (Sonny) Murphy 10ml takes place on 8th April 2018 at Kilnaboy. Named after Sonny Murphy from Kilnaboy the event was first run in 1984. 2018 will be the 34th running of the event in memory of Sonny who represented Ireland in the steeple chase at the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics . Do it for YOU!
Registration, refreshments, parking, toilets and the start line will all be at Kilnaboy school. The race starts at 1pm sharp.
Starting in Kilnaboy and finishing close to the local school, this run follows a 10ml course through the karstic burren, under the watchful eye of the fabulous nature sculpted Mullachmore, and returns via the village of Corofin.
